Ruby PhishTank API Module implements the check url, submit url, ping, frob and application key, and request / revoke token parts of the PhishTank API.

Included as well is a sample Ruby script to demonstrate using this module. The sample is called phish.rb and can be run from the command line.

Before you can use the PhishTank module you will need to create a user account at http://www.phishtank.com and then register your application. Once an application has been registered you will have a Shared Secret and API Key. You will need these along with your PhishTank username.

Before running it you will need to enter your Shared Secret and API into the code where specified.

On initial run it will generate the frob, once you have authorized it, on the second run it will retrieve the App key and let you check an URL. It will also create a YAML configuration file within the same directory it is run from.
Ruby PhishTank API Module 1.0 is a Ruby script for Security Systems scripts design by Paul Millar. It runs on following operating system: Windows.
